with success came trouble. we fixed the 40 galloner today, ended up using a piece of the junk tank to just put a huge glass patch over the cracks int he bottom and it's holding. while that was drying we decided we needed to make strawberry banana smoothies cuz it was freakin hot out. so we started making those then the power went out, and stayed out. sitting around for a long time with no power casey started going crazy, at one point he gave jasmine a water bottle to chew on (made a mess on the sofa). we made ryan call C,L, and P and the lady said the power wasnt expected back for another couple hours so we realized we needed to find a way to make the smoothies. after toiling over the idea of getting an inverter or UPS which the rogans have niether and the lavoies have many we ended up driving to my house to make the milk shakes. after that we went back to rogans we were sat around a bunch before going to friendly's with steph and marissa. after friendlies we performed the long tedious trecherous tranfer from the two aquariums into the one large aquarium. it went pretty smoothly and it appears we need more fish.

umm houston we have a problem..so i go downstairs to get a drink and i hear this loud watery noise coming from the basement.. and i think to myself, the filters arent that loud are they? i go down and to my surprise the tank is only half full, and there's water gushing everywhere. an hour later (now) everything is under control..only 1 problem, there were 40 gallons of water in the tank, and with the wet dry vac i only accounted for 10. uh oh.
